Face masks are available at the library for those who wish to use them. Masks may be required when the Dukes County COVID-19 community level is high.

If you or a family member are experiencing symptoms of illness, please postpone your visit until you are feeling better.

Free COVID-19 home test kits are available in limited quantities. Please call the library to arrange for contactless pickup of test kits.

The Vineyard Haven Library building is open for browsing, reading and computer use. We also provide the following services, in the library, or for remote access:

Museum and Beach Passes
Passes are available for reduced admission at the Museum of Fine Art and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston, and for Trustees properties in Massachusetts. Contact the library to learn more!

Equipment to Borrow, Including Wifi Hotspots
Wifi hotspots for home internet access, preloaded Kindle eReaders, Chromebook Computers and additional equipment may be borrowed by library cardholders Learn more...

Remote Document Printing
Available during regular library hours. Printing charges are $.25 per page. Email your document to [email protected] and library staff will notify you when it is available for pickup.

Computers in the Library
Library cardholders may use computers to access the internet and basic office software for one 60-minute session per day. Guest users may use the Express computers for 30 minutes per day (printing charges are $.25 per page).

WiFi in the Library Courtyard
Patrons are invited to use seating in the library courtyard to access library WiFi during daylight hours. Limited table seating for laptop computer use is also available inside the building.
